Before and After Photos

How we solve tough photographic situations

Total 170 Days on Market. Re-listed, staged, we take new  photos, and House is Under Contract in just 19 Days from listing date.

See the Stagers section  - for more details on how this home was transformed

Very tough situation as realtor's camera reads the sunlit windows and under-exposes the entire shot. We use multiple flash units to balance the sunlight, and ultra-wide angle lens to give the realtor a dramatic photo of a great entry.

Realtor’s small flash and narrow angle lens fail to show the size of the rooms and leave the dining area in the dark.

Once again we balance the sunny windows, light up the dining and balcony areas using multiple flash units – plus an ultra wide-angle lens give us another dramatic photo of a great townhouse.

Dark and cluttered, this photo attempts to illustrate a totally new kitchen, we de-clutter, use a wider lens and balance the  exposure to properly show this beautiful new kitchen.

This next photo of the same home, makes a very large living room look small and dark. After the owners move out, after a total of 245 Days on Market - new photos help this home go Under Contract in 22 days.
